Understanding Ballot Access

Every state requires independent candidates to meet unique requirements to be allowed alongside corporate duopoly party candidates on their state ballots in the presidential election. The campaign is implementing different strategies within each state to ensure voters can choose Brother West in all 50 states. 

As a result, in some states Dr. West will stand as an independent candidate, in others he will be the candidate of a likeminded independent party, and in others he will stand as the Justice for All candidate—a newly-formed independent party created by the campaign as a mechanism for grassroots ballot access efforts in states like North Carolina, Florida, and Washington.

In a political landscape dominated by a corporate-owned duopoly that brazenly places profits over people and the planet, many of us are feeling faced with the absurd "choice" between civil war and genocide.

When fear and greed-fueled violence and hate are the only choices on offer, it is clearly time for the power of independent voices and unified communities to take voice on behalf of the universal human interests of TRUTH, JUSTICE, and LOVE.
