• Ballot Presence: Dr. West is on the official ballot in 19 states, including Alaska, Oregon, Washington, Utah, Colorado, Nebraska, Vermont, Maine, South Carolina, North Carolina, Wisconsin, Michigan, Georgia, Florida, Minnesota, Mississippi, Louisiana, and pending successful legal resolutions, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.
