Also, the network requires candidates to have their name on the ballot in states totaling 270 electoral votes, a requirement that Biden and Trump do not meet but CNN is nonetheless letting them skip this requirement.

The Kennedy campaign has filed an FEC complaint alleging collusion, as these inconsistent standards unfairly target RFK Jr. This unprecedented situation makes clear the debate criteria were neither objective nor applied the same to all candidates.
